- This is my first airplane, Lucky Duck, so-named by her former
owner, Charlie McKeown. She was converted to a "D" in
the 50's and was even featured in an AOPA magazine article on
Ercoupes in March, 1980.
- (If anyone has that issue, I'd sure like a copy of the
article!)
- There was no doubt that I would be her next owner---it was
love at first sight!
- This is "Lucky Duck" was owned by Charlie McKeown of Milton,
Delaware.
- She was built on January 21, 1946.
